Summary of a property owner's portfolio — returned by the portfolio list endpoint. Use portfolios.get() for the full building details.

Properties

contactInfo?: string

Mailing address formatted as a single string, or "Not Available".

name: string

Owner name as recorded by the county assessor.

portfolioSize: number

Total number of buildings in this owner's portfolio.

type: string

Owner classification (e.g. "CORPORATION", "REGULAR").
